Another xmas catchup

Hello out there......hope you all had a good Xmas time with family or friends ☺
I whipped up a batch of these cookies.....

M&M type cookies which are really popular and very tasty......

I know some of you know my Mum is now in aged residential care, and here we are, on Xmas day with her holding the top I gave to her ☺♥ I did not make this one.......

After we left her we headed to my daughters house and the traffic going the other way was full on.....lucky for us, okay our way ☺

There she is with her man ♥

and again lol

My man Paul , girl Sarah, grand-boy Sebastian and Shannon.....I did not get a photo of my other grand-boy Brandon......next time maybe ☺☺

And the lovely cat Dante'.....he had such a comical look on his face lol

Leaping up for some turkey.....

The regal cat relaxing....

She has 3 cats and this one is Dexter......the other one looks almost the same and is called Sparrow, but he is a bit shy so none of him

He seemed happy sitting with Granny lol

On one of our many walks while staying near my girl we came across HEAPS of tiny snails......heading somewhere lol

And on Sunday we caught up with my youngest boy Ray, so were able to get a photo of my 4 all together.....Her, my oldest boy Rex who lives over 800 klm's away (drove down), my youngest boy and my middle boy Frank ♥♥♥

The wind was blowing and the sun was in their eyes lol

Smile ☺☺

And here are all of us together and I guess you can see we are expecting a new grandbaby in the new year ♥☺☺
Here are all our names in order....Sarah, Shannon, Rex, Frank, me Wendy, Paul, Ray and Lauren his lovely wife ☺☺

Action shot with their dog Trixie who can run really fast lol

Back at the motel for our last night and I opened up a cute little light up man which I bought for myself and is for reading books or maybe crochet.....

He is all bendable, and those lights sure are bright lol

Just as we were leaving the motel this Cockatoo visited.....

I know Lucy from the UK would love to have one of these ☺☺

Hello Lucy xo

We are now back home relaxing after visiting Mum again......These are some slinky pyjama pants I made for myself ☺

A couple of burp cloths I have knocked up......

And these little shorts were given to my Sarah and they fit and she loved them ♥

They are a boys size 14 and she is tiny and fit her perfect ☺

I bought a black singlet and sewed some of the cat fabric to the front to match ♥
Well busy times sure have been had and now going to chill if we can.....the weather is going to be a scorcher for a few days so we have plenty of ice in the freezer while some of you over the other side of the world are sitting by blazing log fires......take my warmth PLEASE lol
Thank you for dropping in and may you enjoy the new year ahead.....me, well I have a dentist appointment new years eve so that will NOT be fun......hey ho xoxoxo

  1. You have the most beautiful children! I wish I had more grandchildren to look forward to, but not one new one will come. :-( I love how often you get together with family.

  2. It' s wonderful you have been together with more of your family, and thanks for introducing us to them :) We woke up to about an inch of snow today which we love...but thanks for your willingness to share your heat, Wendy. Happy New Year!!! xx

  3. Looks like you had wonderful holidays, Wendy - glad you got to spend so much time with your family. There's nothing better. It's also nice when all the hubbub is over and you get to just relax and take a breath. Enjoy the heat - it was 8 degrees here this morning. Best wishes for a very happy 2016!
