Some sewing and a surprise card from USA

Hello, I am still on the sewing bug and got to go with it while it hits.......

I do love these stork scissors my dear Mum gave me 2 years ago.......she actually gave me 2 pairs, one real small and these ones

Look I made myself a black and white Pineapple t-shirt, very roomy too ☺☺

More on the 2nd sock

and have now turned that pesky heel and onto the round and round of the foot ♥

We stopped in at that coffee place which has all these various salt and pepper shakers.....we sat with these cute cats this time.....

And a surprise card in the mail for me......what a cute reindeer ☺☺

All the way from USA

Teresa's blog here Thank you Teresa.....we have become bloggy pals and I have sent her something which should get there any day if the mailman is kind....been over 2 weeks since I posted.....She gets cards printed up with her own personal touch......sweet ♥

Look Teresa, hanging up with my other cards ☺

Last night I cooked us up some drunken chicken.....never made this marinaded chook before and can tell you it was delish.....a dash or 2 of vodka was this chickens choice lol

I completed another pair of fingerless mitts now in my gift giving drawer ☺☺

And today again I cut out with my sharp scissors and my pin holder another top......

Sewing away again.......

And here is that top, with feathers all over it and fits great......

Very happy but not a good selfie lol

My mobile phone keeps taking rather blurry pics lately.....any ideas out there?  Samsung galaxy core prime.....
Well that will be it till after Xmas and sending out to you all good wishes and happy times ♥♥

  2. You are "sew" busy, Wendy! The tops you made look great and I admire the progress you are making on the sock, and the completed fingerless gloves...and the chicken recipe sounds deliciously spirited, too. Happy Christmas :) xx
