Well we said goodbye to that lovely town of Cesky Krumlov
final plan of bus tour and we crossed the border into Austria and had some free time in the afternoon
Interesting name for a beer.....it is a Belgian pale ale style beer
Some hot sauces at the restaurant where we had the beers
Walked through the Stadtpark (city park) took a picture of Johann Strauss II just like last year only this one is much better. My Samsung S5 sure takes great pics ☺☺
Can't remember name of this one but loved the architecture

Amazing work on this building called Stubenring
Apparently appartment.....fancy living here??
Looking back over the canal that eventually feeds into the Danube River
That night we were taken to one of Austria's most famous restaurants and crossed over
The mighty Danube ☺
We were welcomed by these enthusiastic fellows ☺
It is an historic mansion but ones inside it is a different world

Next morning off in the bus
To Maria Theresa Schonbrunn Palace....now we had been here before so we did our own walk around the park outside
I got a snap of a squirrel up on the white part of fence
and again on the black bit of fence but not to easy to see
This statue was on the fence of the zoo, but we did not go inside as no time
Back on the bus and passing plenty of amazing building statues
The Kunsthistorisches Museum and Statue as we pass on the bus
Austrian Parliament building a horse tamer statue
Rathaus city hall of Vienna

We were heading to a concert Of Viennese classical music
waiting for the performers

I think this was a painting of Empress Sisi
had a great final night and said goodbye to many as most of us were flying off to other places. Some were going to do a river cruise (like we did last year)....us we had a late flight next day to Edinburgh
So in the morning we filled in our time with a good walk again past Strauss.....goodbye
and we came across TGIF (Thank god its friday) casual chain restaurant (we have in Oz too)
and we sat under these memorabilia
Paul had a chicken salad
and I of course wings with celery and blue cheese dip ☺
We then walked to St Stephen's Cathedral which is under repair wiki link to more information
