Doing things and lockdown again

Hello out there. Our breakfast last Wednesday 22nd and while enjoying an earthquake
But I did mention that in my last post at the end
Quite a bit of damage in areas near Melbourne and Mansfield but otherwise ok

We had some frozen roast lamb so looked up a slow cooker recipe 

Found this recipe and easy and delicious 

Still enjoying tea in this black teapot and mug

Very nice no sugar icecream and berry chia pudding 

Breakfast of garlic mushrooms

Also Thursday this little man came for care visit

And him too 😀❤

Jaylen moves fast lol

Lincoln chilled out 

Sleeping on his Granpa

Placed him on our bed. Short visit but Mummy was able to get things she needed 

Enjoyed Nexba Raspberry Kiwi drink 

We also enjoyed that crispy pork and simple cucumber salad 

I sewed some red sleeves on my Katy Perry t so have pj top to go with my star pants 

Another tasy breakfast using Pork Mushroom Onion Egg with Siracha

Indulged myself with bacon wrapped scallops on bed of baby spinach 

Ham steaks and Salad......seems all we do is EAT 

I made this bigger chicken called Crazy chicken 

Very cute 

Woody loves having new friends 

I enjoyed Sugarless Hot Choc 

Those wings can be displayed 🐔🐔

Saturday we enjoyed lo carb chang noodles with Ham Veg Egg toppings 

A shop here called The Source has all sorts of items you can put in your own containers 
Ginger Glow tea and liked 

I made some spicy walnuts 

Another recipe we enjoyed Yes Low carb

Sunday I thought we could enjoy those spring onion muffins 

Chop chop

Made them much smaller 

Lots of little one Not low carb lol 

I threw together cooked chicken pasta bbq/siracha sauce onion garlic flakes and some stock   Hours later a delicious almost soup like meal 

And last Tuesday night our region was put back into Lockdown......
Anyway on we went with food lol
Chicken thighs and tasty peanut coleslaw

We also enjoyed low carb egg and bacon muffins 

And here is an easy pizza base 
3 eggs and 110gms grated cheese mix together
Bake 190c 10-15mins 

Then whatever toppings you like cook again 

Thursday lots of rain
Backyard has 2 ponds 

No gardening that day 

And yesterday enjoyed those scallops again for lunch

Our local creek is currently a river flowing fast 

Looks beautiful 

Last night Roasted beef blade and radishes carrots onions 
So much eating lol
Weather been foul so not a lot of walking and being in lockdown STAYHOME 
keep safe out there 😀😀❤❤🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️🤠
