Paul made some crispy cheese crackers 

Still enjoying no alcohol and sugar free drinks 

Delicious Pork Chop and roasted Cauliflower Cheese too

And a simple lemon drink 

Steak Onion Mushroom with Cauliflower rice enjoyed last Thursday night
