Back home coffee on 1 of my fave coasters

Enjoying healthy drinks too 

Made some tasty spring onion wheels 

1 stitch on my nose with a larger op ahead (all good though now)

Tasy chicken Fettucine low carb type

Not low carb pizza bread 

Very tasty 

Bacon wrapped chicken a winner too

We went to Coopers 6th and enjoyed seeing all the kiddies 

Relaxed lunch too

Then I had nose op for BCC removal which included skin graft 

I rested 😴😴

Enjoyed nice lemon water 

And chicken wings Lemon Soy 

Finished Dawn and then Graham Norton another good read 

Lasagna from our freezer one night 

Using frozen tubes as my ice 😀😀

Enjoyed a cappuccino and delicious choc muffin while out last Saturday

More fun healthy drinks too 

And yes more wings 

You know I love them 

Had a bandage change too and stitches in side of face looking good

A fun coffee with sugar free lollies which can have laxative effect 😂😂🤣🤣

And Monday bandages off and now wait for drop out stitches next few weeks 

We enjoyed a burger dinner 

And scrambled eggs for breakfast 

Now reading this charity fundraising for cancer

Tested this bacon cabbage recipe from Nagis book

The book and meal was delicious and easy too

Anyway way back on 8th October full moon in city 

We had family birthdays and my pics failed 

But at least can see April and Cooper 

And Paul with our NZ friend Leone 

We had a walk near where she was staying and a meal out

Back home we drove through busy city traffic 

Also saw thus ride being installed at Gumbya World Info here Gumbuya.com.au/

We enjoyed a guacamole dip with low carb oven baked wraps 

Cups of tea are featuring more

Cooked some tasy Chicken Rissoles from recipetineats

A quick easy breakfast of ham cheese egg wrap baked in oven 

And for our visiting guests we made Bread and Lasagna 

No low carb here lol

She bought a Gingerbread train kit

Lincoln enjoyed watching 

Plenty of keen participating and eating 😂

Sunday before they left we went to watch the train

But decided to ride instead 

First time fun on our train ❤😀

They had a snack before their drive back home 

Monday I made these wings from Recipetineats new cookbook Dinner

Yesterday made her Vietnamese Chicken Salad

So delicous and plenty for dinner too

We had a healthy walk around this park 

Have not walked here for a few years

Anyway YES the Cockatoos still visit in our backyard
