Final night was spent here in another free RV Park (or donate)
But we had a delicious dinner here and small food shop at local IGA so same as donate
Real easy walk to the town too
Back home we went and the wonderful Melbourne traffic welcomed us
Back to do some baking
Followed a whole orange recipe but used lemon and made sure to cut out most of the pith
And low carb sugar turned out very nice 😀
Saturday I had a steam train timetable to follow
But before that I baked an easy no knead Artisan loaf
Waiting at the footbridge
Which I did hours of waiting lol
People all over the track
Very annoying and they did get told off
Trains coming
But will put my video as much better

Good fun I had and made another bigger loaf Sunday
Last night after 2 days of marinating we enjoyed this
And the side of Broccolini was also delicious
