Catching up with grandies etc

Hello, very warm here currently so not a lot of sock knitting happening but at least I am still working along ☺

Had a trip down and back to see my Mum and also caught up with one of my sons.....this is his meal of calamari which he shared with his little boy ♥

Young Misty enjoyed some Pumpkin Risotto

There is Riley tucking into the Calamari ☺

Yesterday I decided I needed to knock up a batch of cookies.....I do love this frog my oldest boy gave me and the egg cage behind ♥♥

Some Smarties type lollies included ☺

All baked roughly 28 in total......some are going to the baby shower on Sunday so I can give to my youngest son and his very expectant wifey ♥
Also other food and drink and will post about that next week ☺

And that Dry Dan is happy on our kitchen window ledge drinking.....Weather is going to be in the low 30's Celsius till Monday at least, so trying to keep cool with a bit of sewing.
We have a Xmas get together with our van group tomorrow (Saturday)....also bbq for the Man's work which we will just drop in for and a 50mile market which we might also have a look at.....
Busy time of the year.......
How are you all going out there?

  2. Even though I know we are on opposite seasonal temps, I was startled as I realized you may be trying to stay cool this Christmas while I am trying to stay warm :) I love the colors in your sock, and your food looks yummy. xx
