Thank you for you comments re my Mum......one good thing was that my son Rex came down and we were able to catch up and also have him meet little Miss April ♥♥
A lovely picture of a proud Uncle....we were able to stay in a motel nearby for a few days till after the funeral.....
Rex, April and my oldest grand boy Brandon xo
This time with 2nd grand boy Batty......
My Sarah with April ♥
A group shot with the auto timer lol.....at least you can see April's Mum Lauren and Dad Ray and Sarah's Shannon in the back with my other boy Frank ☺☺
Not often we can all be together so this was special for me.....
This baby has lovely blue eyes ☺
And Dante' getting lots of attention ☺
Nice close up....he is Sarah's oldest cat and much loved by us all
Even the man does not mind this furry guy
Do you think Dante' was a bit over all these pics lol
Of course I had to hug him too.....
Last one of Dante' I promise......
In the motel room we found a friend.......
A little ghecko which is very uncommon here and especially in a motel room lol
One of the days we caught the train to check out the local area and as luck would have it......
The little steam train puffing billy was running and about to leave as we arrived at this crossing....
Yes I am steam train mad.......
The poor man had to wait along with me, but he did film it so guess not so bad for him lol
There were plenty of extra carriages put on too as it was school holidays here.....
TOOT TOOT
The kids love riding in these carriages with legs dangling ☺☺
A couple of boys gave me the thumbs up as they went past....
Good time for me and some happiness on a rather ordinary timed weekend.....
Later that night, back at Sarah's and this time here is 1 of her tabby cats, Dexter......
Not looking to keen on the attention we all gave him lol
He loves Sarah so that is fine
And even likes Shannon ☺☺
Well I guess that is enough fun with cats......getting back to life again
May your days be good where you are xoxoxo
There is so much love in your family.. thanks for sharing them with us. Those beautiful blue eyes are amazing! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteIt is good to see your loving family together, Wendy, and I appreciate how difficult that can be since my family is spread from coast to coast in the US. Teresa drove us to the Oregon coast yesterday and pointed out an old train museum to me that she and Dayle have explored. I'm glad you got to see some more trains in action recently... it is exciting! Your cat photos show cats of great character. I especially enjoy cats that enjoy being hugged :) xx
