This week, time and farewell ⚘πŸ˜”πŸ˜’

Hello my dear friends
Last Saturday we rode a train to a station to lay in wait for Steamrail
And a 26 sec film I did πŸ˜ƒ

We watched Spicks and Specks

We found a new place (to us) to have meals in St Kilda
Village Belle Hotel

Tasty meals of sirloin steak and Calamari

All masked up for the tram ride back

On our way home from the city pad we visited this town

We took a walk as we were going to visit someone
Boat ramp where the tide is not often high enough

Nice pier shot

Tide way out

Single gull on one leg

Was chased off by this young one

Thankyou Jess and Jason

Back eating lower carb meals
Cheesy Cauli and chicken quarters

Light Rose flavoured tea from my pack

Also from special pack

Special bear mug

Bone Broth doing its 48hour thing in the the 40+ year crockpot

This heart was crocheted for me by a special friend
and now a sad farewell to my almost 1 and only commenter and long distance friend Teresa who also had a wonderful blog for so many of us to enjoy https://teresakasner
A beautiful lady so loved by us all. She became ill and passed late yesterday πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜”πŸ˜”
Her dear friend Betsy let so many of us bloggers and friends know ⚘⚘
May she rest well and will be in our memories for ever
My heart goes out to Dayle her dear husband and children Shawn Travis Kristi Amy and grandchildren whom we have seen grow up via her thrice weekly posts ☺☺
I share her post with you of when she received mittens and needles from me in 2015
She will be missed and I treasure the xmas cards and little gifts we exchanged over many years. Farewell Teresa πŸ˜”πŸ˜”⚘⚘

  1. Teresa also always made the effort to comment on my little blog and sometimes was the only one. She was such an inspiring, warm lady. She will be missed by so many people around the world. To quote Teresa: ((hugs))

  2. Teresa was such a faithful friend. My blogging has been sporadic lately but I could always count on her to be there no matter how long it was between my posting. It is absolutely heartbreaking that she is gone so suddenly. She was such a bright light in this world.

  5. Teresa always commented on my blog and encouraged me from the beginning. I will miss reading her blog, her comments on mine so much. I am devastated that she has gone. My heart goes out to her family. She was the last person to comment on my last blog post.

  6. I will miss Teresa, too. She was a good friend, even though we never met in person. She always left a smile on my face, either when I read her regular updates, or when she left a kind comment on my own blog.

I love your part of the world, I visited many years ago. Maybe one day we can travel this far again! Lovely to meet you.

  8. Hi Wendy. Following Mereknits initiative I am reaching out to all Teresa's bloggers,to start a reciprocal blogging friendship. It may ease the loss of our contact with Teresa and in a way it would be a tribute to her. If you would like to do this Wendy I will follow and add you to my blog list. Stay safe Amanda x
