Busy few days

Hello again. On Thursday Paul drove us back to the city pad.....a lovely sunny day but cold 

That night I hooked up a pair of fingerless mittens while watching The Project 

On Friday Paul drove me to Mordialloc to meet up with some friends who meet every month, but I am often away so this was sure fun and special..... from left Melanie my longest friend, another Wendy, Cookie, me, Belinda and Rhonda 

Then he drove me to Wonthaggi which was a 1 and half hour trip....me, sis Jule, cuz Lisa, friend Ellen, cuz Faye and Paul.....a good lunch funtime 

Saturday Woody and Bullseye were ready for our overnight visitors.....

I guess I may be cleaning glass later today lol 

We all went shopping 

And had a tram ride which they loved

Sound asleep, and slept all night till 6.30 

And ditto with Miss 

I kept warm under my city crochet blanket 

Today, Sunday, Cooper enjoyed some music videos I had stored on youtube 

And speaking of youtube, Cooper loving this song 

And could you say no to this face???

They have now gone home and Paul has also gone back home.

So just me and my friends (none) here.....seeing my girl tomorrow so that will be fun xoxo

Zoo and Xmas lights

Hello again.....just look at this relaxing Baboon......On Saturday while still in the city we decided to visit the zoo.....Year members and only been twice lol  All the Baboons were sleeping just like this one

Lemurs all relaxing together trying to keep warm 

They refused to look my way.....

Pelicans free to come and go, but reckon they would like staying just for the feeding times lol 

Notice how most animals are way off  trying to hide 

3 lions here which are only 2 years old 

We had a good walk around and then caught the tram back 

And dropped into Crown Casino and a photo of their xmas tree, exactly the same as last year 

And their xmas light show which is on every 30 minutes, lots of carols being sung 

We then caught another tram to Port Melbourne where the ships depart from.....My cousin Lisa and her girls and grandgirls were on this ship.....3 day fun cruise ☺☺

Woody relaxed back at the apartment Saturday night 

Sunday we drove home and took a snap of a park called Gumbya World which is about to re-open December 18 more details here was just an animal park with toboggan ride but now so much more....

Back home relaxing again with Downton Abbey

Family fun and tourist fun

Hello again here is the beach shot again 

on Saturday arvo these guys arrived to stay the night......Sarah, Jason, Rex and of course Paul and me 

I always love trying to get a different shadow pic and this one looks a little scary with long clawed hands lol 

we walked along this pier 

and that night managed to get a fuzzy pic of the fullish moon 

we all had a lot of fun and lovely to have them stay over 

Sarah was also staying over Sunday night too and here she is with my cousin Lisa, and her girl Wendy (named after me 💗💗)  and this is the ONLY pic I took.....we were busy having too much fun and swam and also went in the hot spa.....good family time catch-up......they left the next day (Monday) but not before.......

and April with her Mum Lauren and Dad Ray.....they came just for the day to enjoy some water fun

and enjoyed her lunch and sitting on the chair just like a big girl.....they went back home late in the afternoon 

on Tuesday it was just us so we thought we would take a tourist drive to other beaches......

plenty of wild waves at Gunnamatta 

I do love visiting surf beach areas 

way on the top of the distant hill is a lighthouse 

then we stopped at Rye ocean beach which used to be just called Back Beach 

same crazy waves and cool cool weather.....and enjoyed a quiet day/night 

catching up on "Love Child" info here Love_Child_(TV_series) and is up to season 4....another show I love watching 

on Wednesday we took another drive out and about.....this is Flinders beach

we then took a drive up to this place which we had not been to in many years......they have replaced the old chairlifts with proper gondolas (after a serious collapse) 

it was another sunny day.....cool but sunny 

they have a cafe here and certainly were many visitors

on our drive back down the mountain....one of the many viewpoints 

another pleasant day and we had a call that someone was coming back for a stayover......
