Lovely room

and sweet Lucy of lucyinthesky gave me these .....flying scotsman ale, tea and stitch-markers.....we have since drunk the ale and was delish Lucy.....also sharing the tea here at home now.....and the little stitch-marker which had a small silver snail on it lives on my handbag....☺☺ xoxo

The Grand Tea Swap and Lucky Me ☺

How exciting I got this bit of mail from the great USA.
Being part of the grand tea swap I was very happy to see this as I knew who it was from.

And look what Gracie from grayseasailor sent me. 2 crocheted drink holders and they are soooo soft and she even made one so my man can enjoy too, very lovely of her. And some tea!!

I love Rhubarb and enjoy oolong tea too so this is a grand mix and enjoying a cup right now. Isn'e the little tea pot trinket cute. I think I may wear that as an earring as I do like to wear different things on my ears lol. THANKYOU Gracie and thanks to Lucy inthesky1 for starting this ♥
I have enjoyed sending a few now and this is lovely to receive this one.
May you all be having a good day out there.
xo
A few more days then off with the van ☺

Tea Swap and some more crochet

I borrowed the above gorgeous cup pic from Lucy who borrowed it from graphicsfairy.blogspot
Ok, just a post of the TEA SWAP which the lovely Lucy from inthesky1 organised earlier in the year. Some of us throughout blogland (uk/usa/Spain/Oz), 19 in total chose to join in. There were no rules and we were to just post some tea, whenever we felt like it so....... I have since posted of to 2 ladies, one being the lovely Lucy who has received and loved.....

These fingerless mittens and 4 types of tea, I also wrote a nice card as she is in need of some good friend love and hugs. She has worn the mittens heaps and that makes me happy that I have helped boost some one's spirits who lives so far far away from me here in Oz. She is in the UK. ☺☺♥♥

I also sent these mittens and tea to a lady in USA so goodness knows when she shall receive as the UK post only was 4days which seemed incredible, but not holding those sort of quick thoughts for this one, her name is Gracie and don't mind if she sees and her blog is grayseasailor and don't know if she reads mine, but that is okay too. Hope she likes once she gets them ☺☺
And am ready to post more but will wait till back from a trip we are about to go on.

That scarf/shawl which I am knitting has not grown much, but that is fine as I am not a huge knitter, but pleased to be trying all the same ☺

Doing more washcloths/dishcloths, very addictive lol.

And yes started something else, this time 2 beanies with rabbit ears for Misty and Riley and hope to have them completed and handed to them before Easter. Got the pattern from the clever Sarah over at repeatcrafterme She comes up with such fun things to make and crochet. Thankyou Sarah for an easy pattern.
I may do one more post before saturday and then you may not hear from me for a while as will be away with possible no internet access. How are you all going with the things you love to do in your lives?  take care ☺☺♥♥
