A tram museum and friends

Yes more granny square stuff happening is everybody out there. I have 2 faithful followers who comment and real nice to hear from them ♥  Anyone else game to comment lol

On Friday we caught a train back to our city place

Tea out at a pub called The Nixon and Paul had a lovely he hardly ate the chips and half a bun

Me yes, well wings as usual

On Saturday we caught a tram

To this area and just look at all those tram lines and wires.....neat church too

Open day so we thought why not ......

So many wonderful old trams here

How neat is this one

And this colourful one

Lovely wooden seats in some

Paul thinking about being a driver

I road many of these in my early years as we lived close to where they ran into the city.....very fond memories of visiting my friends and also going into the city to work as a teen

The signs indicating which route they did and able to be changed with a turn

Rumour has it a tram is as heavy as 30 Rhino's so you don't want to be hit ☺☺

And this will tell you about the X class "Birney" tram imported from the USA......Hey Teresa and Gracie you may enjoy this little read ♥♥

Really neat and I have been on the tourist one in Bendigo

Sure have been a great service in Oz and certainly Melbourne ☺☺

We then went to the movies in Gold Class to see "Avengers Infinity War".....stupid ending lol

Brenton dropped round in the night

And was a bad influence on Woody lol

Sunday morning Woody noticed a police officer booking a lady driver

And we went out to lunch with these dear friends.....Paul, me, Lanie, Looloo, Mark and Mark lol

Looloo having fun with Woody

Woody loved having fun with these girls ♥♥

Back home and yep still on this large granny fun at night

Last night we had deconstructed burger for bun and yum

Krusty as I call him on facebook without all the hair he use to have.......
Well today we plan to go see that new movie "Solo"
How is it where you are?  Any of the UK family want to leave a comment?  Love to you all from us xo

  1. Well, my dear friend Wendy -- you can always count on me to leave a comment because I think you're wonderful! You're a wonderful mum and grandmum and a good friend to many. I wish I could see you both when you're going to be in the Pacific NW! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  2. Well,I'm game to comment!
I used trams to get to and from work as a teenager living on the Fylde coast in Lancashire, worked in Blackpool which most people here have heard of. I loved those tram rides, and love old trams still.
I have a small blog, generally unnoticed by people but maybe that's because I don't put myself out there. So if you are game, please feel free to leave a comment!
All the best from a foggy day in Norfolk, UK.
