Home and crochet time

Hello just a quick post of being home and other things.....sunset over our backyard the other night.....

In our street each year these birds come to eat in this tree.....they are Gang Gang cockatoos.....more info here

This is the female.....there were 6 in the tree 

Autumn leaves are falling although the weather has been quite warm still 

Part of our daily walk to the post office

I made a lovely seafood chowder 

And I am working on that other blanket using up stash yarn 

Getting bigger and love it 

On Friday we came to the city and Woody loves his view out 

Last night we went to a pub in the heart of the city and this is on the outdoor balcony 

A $4 pizza, yes not low carb but was actually very small between us lol

And managed this quick snap of one of the carriage horses in the city 

The moon looking full although so does the street light lol 

And a bit more hooking last night while watching a show on the Natural History London museum......we went there last year so rather neat to watch.

Well today we catch up with Paul's kiddos

During this past week

Well a whole week has gone by and I have been a bit crook but could be worse lol

Anyway here is Paul with a toy flying helicopter we bought on Friday while doing our walk 

Its blades were spinning fast 

Paul got it flying and you can just see it blurry on the window edge lol 

Up in the air outside on Saturday 

More fun flying......Paul has enjoyed playing with this but alas....yesterday it broke its blades.....says to only fly indoors, but the wall killed it....

We are still continuing our Star Trek Enterprise journey with me hooking along 

I have made this cute bunny and trying to get on with another 

On Monday we caught the train into the city and it was a lovely day

And look my girl came to visit and stay the night.....she gave me that batman necklace ☺♥

On the Tuesday we did a bit of washing 

And later I had a lovely walk around with Sarah enjoying the day 

And view along the Yarra River....you can see some kayaks coming up the river 

Beautiful time on a lovely day.....she caught the train back home after us having a good Mum/Girl time ♥♥

Tuesday night we continued with Stranger Things 

Wednesday we caught the train back

Woody enjoyed the fast view 

Back home working on that other rabbit 

And watching Great British Railways 

Yesterday (Friday) I bought another batman t-shirt for me and it is purple ♥

Today on our walk back we spotted Gang Gang Cockatoos in a bush in our street and you can see the male and female together here

I am slowly starting to get better although still coughing and very croaky voice.....Doc gave me anti biotics so hopefully better by the time we fly this Friday ☺☺

Crochet scoodie for my girl some interesting china and a neat Aussie bird visits

Happy Birthday to my girl too. I made this Scoodie for her and she loves it.

We headed out shopping and got a shot of this cute flower and grandson no.1 just got in the shot with his new pennyboard (skateboard) ☺

They showed me fantastic shop online store coming soon Inacoma and it is full of clothing I love. Alice cooper t-shirts, gothic things, jewellery etc etc, much love. Not to everyone's taste but i am a little strange. Even ended up with a wonderful grey jumper with a bat on it, yes call me the weird bat lady lol. Must get pics of it and the t-shirts dear girl bought me ☺☺

Those boys went to the movies with huge popcorn and we went shopping and had ourselves some yummy sushi. ♥ Happy birthday to us, yes we share the day, 7th april, she was my 21st birthday present lol.  

For tea that night I made us some meatballs in tasty sauce to have with these cute simpson noodles lol.  

My dear girl has 3 cats!!! This is sparrow (and he can be a little scratchy/bitey)

This is the gorgeous Dante' and you will have seen him before, he loves me and I love him ♥☺

This is Dexter who is a very gentle cat unlike his nasty brother sparrow lol.

Yep Sparrow, but he was only yawning thank goodness lol.

They love their catlady mum xo lol.  

She has also been given some real neat china from a lovely lady she cleans the house for fortnightly.

My dear girl is sleeping with 2 of the cats, I also slept the night and was pretty warm with all that fur around lol.  

My lovely sister got me this awsome bag!  I may be 56 but don't mind wearing/carrying different things with me ☺☺

 

And a few days ago the neat aussie birds were visiting in the tree down the road from our house.
