Catching up time

Another year is flying by......a fresh batch of Cauliflower rice which we enjoy quite often and is much nicer than you would think ☺

We headed to the city again and this time to break up the journey we stopped at a little Cafe in a town called Yarragon......sticcado cafe and is low carb friendly and gluten free on may items too

Humpty was on the couch next to me and they said for a change he had not fallen down lol 

and a gingerbread man sitting on a donut ☺

Everyone seems to have this Himalayan salt must get me some...

Forgot to take pics of our little meal but was some very tasty meat and chicken meatballs ☺

and looks like all we do is eat, but that night decided to visit a Chinese restaurant near city place which is a short tram ride or a healthy walk.....had crispy chicken and and vegies too 

on our walk back that night (still light as daylight savings) thought my brother and bro in law would like this boat for going fishing lol 

There is also some basketball/netball rings at a park near us, my boys would love 

a bit of granny crochet to chill out

the following night on Friday we had these great friends who go way back.....only pic we took but a good one of us all......love you dear friends ♥♥

They brought this bottle of Pinot Noir and love the label "the squealing pig" 

We then came back home on Saturday and had my girl and her two boys come to stay and took not one photo.....we were having too much fun chatting and laughing ♥♥

Yesterday we took a drive down and back to catch up with my boy Frank who had his 35th birthday on Sunday and I did this to his face when he was 4 as his older siblings had a fancy dress day at school and he wanted to join in the fun lol 

we met up with Misty who enjoyed a pizza 

and little Riley with his Dad who enjoyed Calamari

and this star blanket I have completed and gifted to my son Ray and Lauren whom seem to like....now waiting in the new nursery at their home.

Today we had the dentist and I was all clear thank goodness....Paul had a filling with another to happen in 2 mths......eek

Visiting a friend and family ♥

Hello again people.......had a little visit again with my Mum and a nurse was quite happy to take a few snaps for me to share with family and this one was quite good ☺☺ she is going okay, but stuck in this chair all day, but keeps good happy thoughts happening ♥

And after that visit, then dropped in on my dear longest friend and her daughter with a new baby, her grandson ☺☺

And yesterday, on Saturday had the chance to drive down to visit this little sweetie ♥ My grand girl April......

In the kitchen with new Mum passing by getting ready to go out for a well deserved lunch with her hubby (my youngest)

We were left in charge with this little cherub for a few hours and even Grandpa enjoyed holding her ☺☺

Oh hello there, such large eyes.......will be interesting what colour they end up being as Mummy has lovely brown and Daddy has lovely blue......

And on the road back in the car I continued on with a spiral reversible hat.....

The weather is hot here and enjoying pumping the air conditioner.....

New gates installed in the carport and lunch with friends

Hi there my family and friends....just look at this old gate, which I actually loved but it was time to update to something we can open and shut easily 

The man got to work on removing the timber panels, piece by piece....

These were 2 very large sturdy gates, but they had dropped so the opening and shutting was getting very hard to do.....

Gates removed and you can see MY car...I have had this Nissan Patrol for 14yrs and still love it....

The other side of carport and what I call, the man's car DX Max although we do share and this one tows the Winjana ☺

All ready for the fencing guy to come and install.....

From the other side....very happy we are with these, and they were installed while I went to visit my Mum and also catch up with some friends for lunch last week ☺

I was meeting my friends at this very large park called Jells park....

And they had booked a table at the cafe here called Madeline's at Jells 

I had not been here before and was looking forward to lunch with friends....my friend Loo Loo took this for me with my new mobile phone which I love....

I had a yummy chicken burger without the roll or chips....

She had a great beef thai salad....

There was also some yummy vegetable soup too 

The waitress took this shot for us, so you can see us all together....

It was good to catch up with them all in between my visiting Mum....I saw her before lunch then drove back to visit again for a bit longer....

All I can say is she is going ok, not great, but ok and thank you for your well wishes.....

Lots of driving back and forth but that is ok, just missing from my blog a little ♥
